Booking Your Appointment: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your service total. Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Canceling within a 12-hour window of your appointment will result in a 25% charge of the total service amount. Canceling within 1 hour of your appointment will result in a 75% charge of the total service amount. Call or text 864-497-6125 to cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window has passed. No-Show and No Cancellations: If you fail to show up without any prior notice, your deposit will not be refunded or credited. No Refunds, Only Credits: All payments made are non-refundable. However, if you cancel in advance or need to reschedule, your payment can be credited toward a future appointment within 30 days. After 30 days, any unused credit will be forfeited. Arriving on Time: Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on our schedule. Appointment Confirmations: When you book an appointment on our website, you automatically opt-in to receive text message confirmations for your appointments.
